This is the latest update to the Malaysia My Second Home Program. Main changes from the previous publication are the tenure of the Special Economic/Special Financial (SEZ/SFZ) which is now 10 years and the property development eligible is only Forest City. Also, for potential applicants who have already bought qualifying properties for Silver, Gold and Platinum category before applying, they can withdraw up to 50% of the Fixed Deposit if the purchase is made within 2 years of the MM2H endorsement date, but 6 months only for SEZ/SFZ category.
