Monash University, one of Australia’s top-ranked institutions, has announced a landmark RM2.8 billion (A$1 billion) investment to build anew campus in Kuala Lumpur’s Financial District (TRX), scheduled to open in 2032. This expansion complements its existing campus in Subang Jaya, which already serves over 11,000 students from more than 80 countries.

The new campus is designed to support Monash’s long-term growth in Malaysia, with a combined capacity of 22,500 students and 1,700 staff by 2040. It will offer 35+ new programs in fields vital to the future global workforce,including:
